Return Conditions

Return Process

Return Label :

  • We will provide you with a return label that you must print.
Product Packaging :
  • Make sure the item is well packaged and protected to avoid damage during shipping.
Product Shipping :
  • Take the packaged and labeled item to the Correos Express office or the courier office that we indicate to you.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping as long as you follow our instructions.
Refund Conditions :
  • It is essential that you use the return label and instructions that we provide.
  • If you decide to send the package on your own, without following our procedure, we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping or the refund of the purchase.
  • Once we have received the product at our facilities and confirmed that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the full amount of the order or replace the product at no cost to the customer.
  • The order will not be paid for until it has arrived at our facilities and we have inspected the product and confirmed that it is in perfect condition.

Return costs

All orders have return costs paid by Seletk Shop.

Refund Method

The refund will be made to the bank account associated with the credit card with which the order was placed. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

Refund Confirmation

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your bank account within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns of:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.

If you receive your item damaged:

Order Changes or Cancellations

You can modify the details of an order or cancel it within 12 hours of purchase. To do so, write to us at info@seletkshop.com or use the "CONTACT US" section in the footer, or via WhatsApp by clicking on the green button with the logo of this application that you will find on our page. Our agents will assist you as quickly as possible. After 12 hours, the products will have already been packaged and will be ready for shipment, so we will not be able to change the details of your order.
