We offer a 60-day return policy completely free of charge for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, but exceptionally, if you need us to send you an item outside of Spain, please contact us and we will inform you of the shipping costs and delivery times.

Shipping costs outside Spain are NOT free.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within the first 12 hours after being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, our
agents will assist you as quickly as possible.

After 12 hours, the
Products will have already been packed and ready for dispatch or have already been shipped, so we will not be able to change the details of your order or cancel it.

What is the order processing time?

Orders are usually processed within 12-24 hours after payment confirmation. Once processed, the order will be shipped.
